- $15 event parking is available at UT’s Brazos Garage. Members get $4 parking, payable at garage with proof of membership. Rideshares can drop off in the Drop-Off circle on Brazos St. Get tips on bicycle parking and public transportation routes here.

Blanton Live | Creative Visionaries: Art, Fashion, and the Museum

A lively discussion with Mellissa Huber, The Costume Institute, Metropolitan Museum of Art in conversation with Carter Foster, Chief Curator, Blanton Museum of Art. Explore how the perception of fashion and art has evolved in recent cultural history and the ways in which museums have contributed to shaping that perception.

Go behind the scenes with our Registrar Malina Graves and Preparator James Turner, as they describe the intricate details of installing our current exhibition Run the Code: Data Driven Art. This new experience with technological art has never been encountered at the Blanton before. Enjoy snacks and refreshments while you learn.
