Blanton Live: Conversations for Now | Art, Fashion, and the Museum

A lively discussion with Mellissa Huber, The Costume Institute, Metropolitan Museum of Art in conversation with Carter Foster, Chief Curator, Blanton Museum of Art. Explore how the perception of fashion and art has evolved in recent cultural history and the ways in which museums have contributed to shaping that perception.

What to know before you go:
- $15 event parking is available at UT’s Brazos Garage. Blanton Members get $4 parking, payable at garage with proof of membership. Rideshares can drop off in the Drop-Off circle on Brazos St. Get tips on bicycle parking and public transportation routes here.
- Museum admission is included with Blanton Live ticket. The museum is open 10 a.m.–5 p.m. on Sundays. Receive your admission ticket at Check-In.
- Check-In at the Check-In Desk to receive your wristband for Blanton Live. Blanton Members must show proof of membership to receive discount.
