5:00 PM  –  6:00 PM

We’d love for you to celebrate the openings of two fantastic exhibitions, Pop Crítico/Political Pop: Expressive Figuration in the Americas, 1960s-1980s and Border Vision: Luis Jiménez’s Southwest, by Gathering virtually for a salon with Vanessa Davidson, Curator of Latin American Art, and Florencia Bazzano, Assistant Curator of Latin American Art, on Thursday, October 28 at 5:00 pm (CT).

Pop Crítico/Political Pop: Expressive Figuration in the Americas, 1960s-1980s explores how artists adopted Pop artistic language to voice a political conscience, often veiling messages within their art, and Border Vision: Luis Jiménez’s Southwest, celebrates the prominent Mexican American artist and recognizes the relevance of his artistic legacy. Opening October 31, 2021.
